Raminta Mackeviciute | General Manager

Originally from Lithuania, Raminta came to the UK in 2009 originally to study, completing an MSc in Water & Environmental Engineering. During her studies she waitressed and bartended where the hospitality bug bit hard and she never looked back., She rose through the ranks and became Assistant General Manager at Cote Brasserie in 2015. In 2017 she joined The Ivy Collection as Restaurant Manager of The Ivy Cobham, before transferring to Caprice as restaurant manager of Scott’s in Richmond. Raminta is delighted to join the opening team of Manzi’s and says, “I love to see guests enjoying their experience and being part of the team’s development, watching them flourish and grow”.

Ferdinand Rietz | Head Chef

Ferdinand’s love of food began at an early age and has since taken him through kitchens across the UK, from boutique hotels to bustling brasseries. Along the way, he’s developed a deep respect for ingredients, a collaborative approach to leadership, and a commitment to consistency. After joining The Wolseley Hospitality Group at Fischer’s in 2023, Ferdinand took the helm at Manzi’s in September 2024. Today, he leads the kitchen of our seafood restaurant in Soho, where he takes pride in showcasing the best of the British coast alongside a talented and passionate team.
