Is there a dress code?

Do you keep tables for walk-ins?
Yes, you can walk in without a reservation as we do have some tables that are available on a first-come first-serve basis. However, we always advise to book to avoid disappointment.
Can you book the terrace?
We are unable to take reservations outside, tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Can I book more than one table for the same party?
Multiple bookings for the same party will not be honoured.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?
We have vegetarian and vegan options available. We can advise separately on gluten-free options.
Do you accommodate allergies?
All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or a manager.
Are any of your dishes Halal?
Our dishes are not Halal.
Do you have wheelchair access?
The restaurant building is accessible from the street to wheelchair users, as is the ground floor dining room and our toilets located on the ground floor. The top floor dining room of Manzi’s is not wheelchair accessible.
Do you have a children’s menu?
We do not have a children’s menu but some of our dishes are easily adapted to children’s tastes and portions.
Do you provide high chairs and have baby changing facilities?
We welcome children in the restaurant and are able to offer high chairs for your use as well as baby changing facilities. Space is very limited for buggies in the cloakroom area. Please advise us in advance if you need a highchair.
Do you allow dogs?
Dogs are welcome on our terrace where tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis, we do not allow dogs inside, we only allow registered guide dogs inside.
Do you have a standard service charge?
Our standard discretionary service charge is 15% and this is automatically added to all bills.
Do waiters get the service charge?
All gratuities are managed by an independent professional third-party Troncmaster for The Wolseley Hospitality Group and are distributed to the staff.
Can you book me a taxi?
We are more than happy to help if we can, taxi’s and Uber pick up and Drop off point is at the corner of Soho Square, a short 1 minute walk from the restaurant.
What is the nearest car park?
The nearest car park is the NCP on Brewer Street, or the Q-Park Soho on Poland Street.
What is the closest tube station?
The closest tube stations are Tottenham Court Road, (Central, Northern and Elizabeth lines), Leicester Square, (Piccadilly and Northern lines), and Oxford Circus, (Victoria, Central and Bakerloo lines).
